The Starfish Story
Sometimes we don’t always feel like we are making a difference but I like this little story.
One day, an old man was walking along a beach that was littered with thousands of starfish that had been washed ashore by the high tide. As he walked he came upon a young boy who was eagerly throwing the starfish back into the ocean, one by one.
Puzzled, the man looked at the boy and asked what he was doing. Without looking up from his task, the boy simply replied, “I’m saving these starfish, Sir”.
The old man chuckled aloud, “Son, there are thousands of starfish and only one of you. What difference can you make?”
The boy picked up a starfish, gently tossed it into the water and turning to the man, said, “I made a difference to that one!”

We utilize the same equipment as you will find in hospitals, but since we are only focused on diagnostic imaging, we are able to deliver the same services at a more efficient cost to you. Our staff will contact your insurance company prior to your appointment. We will give you an estimate of the cost prior to your arrival. We believe it is important that patients make informed decisions about their own healthcare. Payment plans are available with insurance.
Our lightning-fast MRI allows us to complete your MRI as quick and smooth as possible. The speed of our scanner means you will spend less time getting the diagnosis you need. Our average scan times range from 10-15 minutes…compared to 20-45 at other centers. No one likes to spend their time at the doctor’s office! Let us help you get back to your life and things you love.
