1. I understand that everyone has a busy schedule but, it is very important to get at least 6 hours of sleep. Most importantly getting 2 to 3 hours of REM sleep. You have to rest the mind, and body in order for it to recover accordingly and be ready for the next day.
2. Most people, especially females, have a tendency to not eat enough when they begin their fitness journey. They believe that if they are in en extreme caloric deficit then they will achieve their goals quicker. This is not the case. Your body will eventually shut down from lack of nutrients. You have to fuel the body in order for it to work properly.
3. When you train, it is extremely imperative that you don't just tap the dynamite. You need to push past failure into the deep parts of the muscle. The harder and more intense you train, the better the results, and they last longer over time.
I have trained hundreds of clients over the last 20 plus years and they have all been shocked at how many reps I make them do during a single set. But I always tell them, there is no reason to workout if you're not doing it to push passed your mental and physical plateaus.
