- Solo Exhibition
This solo exhibition features the vibrant paintings of Milan Hooper, a native Floridian and resident of Gainesville for many years. Hooper, who works as a house painter by day, is a self-taught artist with a penchant for Psychedelic Folk Art. His unconventional canvas choice often includes repurposed plywood, onto which he applies his imaginative visions with repurposed paint. For Hooper, painting serves as a mean of self-expression, offering him a voice without the need for words. He describes his creative process as fun and spontaneous, reflecting the joy he finds in bringing his colorful creations to life.

We went over to our friends at for a coffee cupping and chose a Peruvian coffee to add to our aged barrel stout. We’ll use their delicious House Blend in our Anniversary Porter. Stay tuned for when we release our roasty collaboration! We love our Grove Street Neighbors! ☕️🍺🤎

We’re releasing Gainesville’s It Takes A Village collaboration beer, brewed with all our brewer friends in Alachua County! The beer is a Lemongrass Ginger Lager, made with fresh ingredients and lots of love.

It takes a village, as we all know, to create good products and make our own small businesses run. It’s wonderful to have these other brewers to borrow a bag of grain when we’re short, or ask questions when needed. And of course we appreciate our larger GNV village, who shows up at all of our events, buys local beer around town, and stops by our tap rooms on rainy random Tuesdays. We love you!! ❤️🥹
