Details can be found on the link in our bio or visit our page for more details but here's the gist: Kiddos under 10 years old are invited to compete in our first ever Edmund Coloring Contest.
Entries should be brought to the brewery on Saturday, August 3rd at 2PM and judging will take place at 2:30PM.
12 entries will be selected to go in a special Edmund 2025 calendar and the overall winner will have their drawing featured on a t-shirt 👕 Limit one entry per child.

Trappist Tuesday returns today with our featured beer:Mount Saint Bernard Abbey: Tynt Meadow.

Tynt Meadow is mahogany-coloured, with a subtle, warm red hue, and a lasting beige head. Its aroma carries hints of dark chocolate, liquorice, and rich fruit flavours. The beer is full-bodied, gently balancing the taste of dark chocolate, pepper, and fig. It leaves a warm and dry finish on the palate.
Tynt Meadow is brewed with English barley and hops, using an English strain of yeast. It is twice-fermented, with the first fermentation taking place in the tank, and the second in the bottle.

A Belgian pale ale brewed and bottle-conditioned at the Abbaye Notre-Dame d'Orval monastery in the Gaume region of Belgium. The beer is known for its complex, dry, and unique taste, with a cloudy, sunset-orange color, large foamy head, and fruity, spicy aroma. Orval's distinctive flavor comes from dry hopping and Brettanomyces, a local wild yeast strain that gives the beer dry complexity and age-worthiness. The beer also has a firm body and a long, dry finish. Orval is often called the "Queen of Trappists" and can be cellared for up to five years.
