Most of us know that the everyday pain and tightness we feel in our muscles can’t be “fixed” during one massage session. Often times this pain stems from an injury or dysfunction that occurred in the past. This is a real question that I’ve been asked before. And the truth is, there is no right or wrong answer. Each person relaxes in a different way and it makes it fun for me to customize each person’s service so they leave feeling fulfilled. Every session starts with a consultation to make sure you get the most out of your services.

Do you know that we offer a Corrective Session package for those that have consistent pain or soreness?

When there is pain or injury in the muscles, it takes more than one session to help correct that disfunction. The Corrective Sessions package is a bundle of six massages to be used one a week for six weeks. The first and last visit includes an assessment and consultation.

A reminder: pores are normal, some texture is normal. Air brush photos and filters are fun but not normal everyday skin.
In case no one is there to remind you, yes you look great, what you're wearing is lovely even if it's sweat pants and a messy bun.
