It is with great sadness that we must announce that Crane Ramen will be permanently shutting its doors on January 1, 2023. Crane officially opened on December 1, 2014, to great acclaim and rapidly became a staple of the downtown dining scene. We always strived to provide great ramen and personable service in a unique welcoming atmosphere for diners and staff alike. Through thick and thin, so many people have contributed to making Crane a destination for a wholesome, nurturing meal. We want to sincerely thank all the people who ever tied an apron on in our kitchen or served piping hot bowls of ramen to our guests. We have been incredibly lucky to have had so many talented, committed and hardworking folks on our team over the course of the last 8 years. And we are eternally grateful to our loyal customers! Thank you for your patronage and support.
