Congratulations to Damika! Damika was recognized by Maryland's Department of Health for her dedicated service increasing inclusive experiences and employment for those with disabilities. In this picture Damika stands with her Governor's Citation recognizing her efforts. Great work!

It's Throwback Thursday! We're all excited about Halloween and we want to share this memory of Roozhan dressed as Aladdin in disguise as Prince Ali (mighty is he.) That was a great party!

It's Worksite Wednesday! Casey loves his job at McDonald's. He takes a lot of pride in keeping everything clean for customers. Keep up the good work Casey!

Throwback Thursday! We're excited it's October and we're thinking about activities from the past. In this picture, Seble and Monica pose with decorated pumpkins during a harvest festival that CSS hosted a long time ago.

Bobby shows off his favorite thing from the Snack Zone! There are many healthy snack options available. And we love seeing the variety of apples!

Throwback Thursday! Troung has been part of CSS since 2001. He's great at computers and has taken every opportunity to use his skills. Over the years he's helped out various departments including HR and now you can find him working at the front desk in the mornings Mondays through Thursdays!

Worksite Wednesday! Matthew's job at Out of the Box Stables gives him the chance to be outside which he really enjoys. And as a bonus he gets to see ponies and horses, some will even let him pet them!

Summer might be over but that doesn't stop us from doing one of our favorite activities, Swimming! Montgomery County has several indoor pools and we love going to all of them. Warren and Jeremy swim in Germantown with their friends.

Worksite Wednesdays Return!
Robbie likes his job at Ledo's. He started there at the beginning of summer and he's been learning a lot. In this picture he is folding pizza boxes with the assistance of Mulageta. They make a great team!

The official DSP Appreciation Week might be over, however, we appreciate our DSPs Every Day! Last week, at the Inter-ACC awards dinner, Ebenezer received an award for his outstanding support for the last 18 years. Thank you Ebenezer! And continue the great work!
