We love our CBA Family!! Last week we loaded up families and headed to The Funplex in Mt Laurel for our first ever Family Field Trip. We spent time together, had FUN, rode all the rides, had some good bumper car competition, and ended with an intense battle of laser tag. We loved seeing smiles and families spending time together!

We're grateful for the sacrifices of many for this great nation. And most of all, we're thankful for the sacrifice of our Savior at Calvary. We hope you remembered those who gave their all and the reminder of the ultimate sacrifice made at the cross this Memorial Day weekend.🇺🇸

CBA students started their morning off with a special Easter Bible lesson where they learned the true meaning of why we celebrate Easter — the resurrection of our Savior!!!!

After Bible & classroom learning, our Tiger students enjoyed crafts, an Easter Egg Hunt, followed by lunch and then lots of cake & candy!

CBA Spirit Week 2024 was the BEST. Sport Day was big competition from the start. Patriot Day brought out all the red, white and blue. And …. School Spirit Day had every Tiger in an upROAR cheering when the principal won the prize bucket competition and took a pie to the face. It’s a wrap, but we’ll have the memories for years to come! We love our CBA Tiger Family!

Tomorrow is the final day of Spirit Week! That also means it’s the last day to bring in money and fill up the buckets for the Jr/Sr High teacher or administrator you pick for a pie in the face! Will it be Mr. Bult, Mrs. Kiley, Mr. Palko, Mrs. Dembele, or Mr. Cruz??!! Who do you pick?

CBA Weather Update: School will resume tomorrow, January 17, at regular 8:40am start time. Due to the morning weather conditions, if you do not feel comfortable with your kids riding transportation into school, or dropping them off at normal start time — we will allow an excused tardy/late drop off up until 10am tomorrow. Use caution on the roads and be safe!

Champion Baptist Academy will not have school tomorrow, January 16, 2024. Everyone enjoy the snowy, winter weather, and stay safe out on the roads. Happy Thanksgiving, CBA Family! Students had all kinds of fun on our Thanksgiving half day this week! They started out getting in God’s Word together and singing praises in our Thanksgiving chapel where they learned what it means to have an attitude that reflects gratitude from Ephesians 5:20. Our upper grades learned servant leadership in action as they helped younger students with crafts and Thanksgiving-themed games. Mrs. Powderley’s 3rd & 4th graders got crafty and creative. Ms. Bradbury’s Pre-K & Kindergartener’s dressed up & showed off their hard work on their Thanksgiving Turkey poems. Mrs. Palko’s 5th & 6th graders went on a scavenger hunt and learned teamwork is key. Ms. Holbrook’s 1st & 2nd graders worked together to make their very own Thanksgiving turkeys.

From the oldest to the youngest, it was sweet seeing all the students have fun and love being together — all while learning what Thanksgiving is truly about. We’re grateful this week for the heartbeat of CBA — loving Jesus & others! What a JOY to see it in action this week! We love our CBA family🧡🦃🍂🍁🤎🐅🐯

Field Day-Fun Day was full of smiles, laughter and competition. This year, we heard a whole lot of cheering each other on in our all school kick ball game, saw some pretty cool moves in our elementary broom relay races and had zero complaints on our hot dog & watermelon lunch from Mrs. Bult. We’re thankful for all who helped make Field Day…FUN DAY this year. Most of all, we’re grateful for a school full of kids learning and loving Jesus together.
