“PRIDE is the positive stance against discrimination and violence toward le***an, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people to promote their self-affirmation, dignity, equality rights, increase their visibility as a social group, build community, and celebrate sexual diversity and gender variance.”
We also believe PRIDE is about believing in, advocating, and fighting for the equality, inclusion, safety, equal-rights, and love for LGBTGIA+ and everyBODY... it doesn’t just live inside of a month or a day ... it’s yesterday, today, and always. Happy PRIDE 🏳️🌈 design by the amazing

This is community. Thank you for an amazing day!
We are so grateful for amazing friends who share our values and vision for the world. • We’re spending the day with our beloved cultivating community, nourishing our shared growth, planting and spreading roots through change, blooming in transition🌱. “Growth requires that we risk what keeps us comfortable but ultimately stifled. Growth requires that we learn how to handle exposure to our own uncertainty. Growth requires that we become tolerant of the kind of discomfort that is necessary for our ultimate blossoming. Growth requires our patience.” - Today, and all days, grow into more possibility. More tolerance. More vulnerability. More love. 🌱
We’ve been practice saying goodbye all month long. It’s been cathartic, inspiring, and required lots of courage. We have said goodbye to teachers, friends, and studios over the last 4.5 years and know that each one has taught us something and left the seeds for us to grow ever stronger. 4 more classes. 4 more chances to say goodbye with love, sadness, joy, and grace. We belong because you belong.
Surprise!! Larkin will be in the house, one last time, tomorrow 🌸 She’s practice at 8:30 and TEACHING at NOON! Take a half day and join the celebration 🎉 You are invited. You belong.
It takes a village. Since day one, making a space for everyone, meant making a space for kids and families. Adults want to be in the yoga class, but what we heard over and over was that they didn’t have childcare and/or paying for class and childcare was way to expensive. So we decided to change the narrative and offer “Seedling Care” during certain classes to make yoga accessible to more people, people who are doing the hard-work of raising tiny humans and truly need it. Today at 9:30 am is the last day for Seedling Care in this space. Thank you to all the team members who watched the babes, the adults to trusted us, the new moms who came back to life because they got to reconnect to their bodies while we held their babes, and to the kids to made us laugh and learn. We are so much stronger as a community because our kids got to be across the hall, soaking in all the good and honest vibes in a safe and nurturing environment. Thank you, Dylan, for creating our original Seedling Care room with such vibrance and joy. Here’s our last thing we’ll say... if you have a yoga studio, we strongly suggest you find a way to offer childcare. Start with once a week, don’t get discouraged when no one shows, grab parents when a kid poops, and reach out if you want any support.
The sun is shining, ☀️ The flowers are blooming 🌸, and we are so grateful for each moment we have together. Special Community Week Flowers from 💐 (catch her at the Brig Farmers Market this summer 😬! )
From our Cheryl with 💚 • Gratitude-the quality of being thankful. When I think of this word, one place comes to mind. I have never been so grateful for a place, a place that has filled my cup up so full. Full of opportunities, possibilities, creativity, s***k, tears, laughter, joy, love, messiness, trust, friendships, family, and community. A place I can call home. It is because of this place and this community, that I am who I am today. Thank you for keeping my cup so full these past few years. And thank you for trusting me and believing in me. This isn’t the end of my story, but just a closing of a chapter and the start of the next one. One that I am excited and grateful for. So meet me on your mat tomorrow in this beautiful place as I teach my final 545am at
Posted • .rose.s The advice I was given shortly after completing my 200-hour YTT was to practice in a few studios to figure out the best fit for teaching. I was excited to tackle as many studios as possible and connect with some new NJ yogis. Being from Ohio, most places required me to be a member for at least a year which was frustrating and understandable
That’s when I first stepped into . I’ll admit, I was a smidge overwhelmed by how connected the community appeared but knew I wanted to be apart of it. Hopelessly I reached out to about a teaching position. She instantly gave me an audition and supported all that followed after. I am BEYOND grateful to have been given that chance. Teaching in this space has given me connections, discoveries, and a home
💚
Even though Grow is coming to an end, I trust so deeply in my heart that the friendships and family I’ve made will continue to flourish. I am so sad for this space to be no more but joyful in writing the next chapter
Please join me in my last two creative power classes on Thursday 930 am and Friday 430pm
🌿
To all my fellow growgis, thank you for letting me root and rise here. You have all been a beautiful gift. With so much light and love in me, I see that in each and every one of you💛
Tell your story Tuesday. Come behind the desk and write your favorite memory here, simply sign your same, or write a few words of how this space makes you feel. Our words create our worlds and we are leaving this world a little brighter, stronger, and clear than before.

“Come flow with me for my last class on Saturday May 11th at 9:30am. It’s the place where I practiced next to my best friend , where I was guided through my teaching certification by , where I learned to breathe, where I learned to flow- graceful or not- and where I fell in love with an amazing community and beautiful humans. I walked through doors as a student and am leaving as a teacher, friend and a better person.
Thank you 💚” - we love you Sarah!!
Since day one, month one, we’ve done our best to build each other up and empower each other’s greatness. Yes we have failed along the way, learned from the mistakes and got even stronger in our values. Angela, Melanie, Cherish, and Desi... Sandy’s talking about you, you beautiful freakin amazing women.
It’s been such a beautiful journey together and in 10 days we will close the doors to the studio and this chapter in all our lives. Join us in looking back on what you’ve learned, how you’ve laughed and cried, and especially how you’ve grown. Tag and your friends who shared in the joy. And follow along here for the next 10 days as we do the same.
Remember when Yin first started at Grow in the small Seedling Care room with lights on the ground!!? Angela was a yes for creating the program and it has become such a stable at grow and that’s because of you. Beth even went and studied with Bernie Clark himself she loved it so much! You have a two more chances to catch Beth’s Tuesday Night Yin at 7:30 Pm.
In 11 days we close our doors and are recognizing how important it is to reflect on the legacy we have left and the memories we have created.
Happy Friday!! May your friends be up for adventure, your day be full of laugher, and your heart full of (puppy) love. Grab a friend and catch a rad yoga class to celebrate at all the possibilities that today has in store for you!
Book club tonight!!! 7:30 Pm let’s Brave the wilderness together 💚
One of our core beliefs is that community includes the whole family. We’ve celebrated, honored, and made space for everyone since day one. While the kids are out of school, don’t forget we have Seedling Care (childcare) at every 830 & 930 am class Monday - Friday! They play, you flow, and the whole family leaves a little lighter and clearer than when they showed up.
Do you know where your pelvic floor is?
Have you ever peed unexpectantly?
Have you had a child or something that has left your pelvic floor "different" and think there is nothing you can do about it??
.
Learn how simple lifestyle changes and specific yoga practices can help you improve your bladder, bowel, sexual health and YOGA PRACTICE whether you are a male or female!
Bonus: There will be an anonymous question and answer section to give you guidance to your issue specifically.
The pelvic floor is comprised of muscles and ligaments that help support our organs like the bladder, bowels, and uterus. It is the basement and base of your core. Those same muscles help control bowel and bladder functions and enhance sexual pleasure. For both males and females,
balance is the key to maintaining a healthy pelvic floor. Life events such as pregnancy, childbirth, cancer, abdominal surgery, injury, and even posture affect how effectively the pelvic floor functions. A skilled Pelvic Health therapist can help you to maximize your core functioning to carry over into your activities of daily living and daily fun.
