Matt Messinger is an artist based in Houston, TX. His work has been exhibited widely throughout Houston, including exhibitions in Houston at Foltz Gallery, Reeves Fine Art, Devin Borden Gallery, Lawndale Art Center, and Deborah Colton Gallery.

His latest exhibition "Curio" features found object assemblages and mixed media paintings, incorporating symbolic imagery and patterns with everyday objects.

We are honored to share the work of Joe Harjo and recognize Native American Heritage Month this November.

Harjo describes his exhibition, Indian Removal Act I: American Progress, as “delving into the historical and contemporary issues that have profoundly affected Native American communities, our land, our narratives, and our pursuit of prosperous futures.”
