One of my Wholyfit classes in NC! Hopefully starting classes soon in Springfield, Illinois!

In WholyFit, I have taught 3 scriptures along with 3 routines in one class period. So easy to memorize God’s Word, and the routines this way!

💚🎄💚 WholyFit is taking a December break. We will resume Mondays January 7- February 25 at 6pm. And Wednesdays, January 9- February 27. Classes will continue through May of 2019 (before Summer break) with intervals of 8 week cycles. $40 = 8 weeks. Looking forward to seeing all of my WholyFit gals again in January!👏😁

WholyFit classes are taking a summer sabbatical! So many vacations, & ball games to compete with! We will resume in September after Labor Day! More info to come soon!

WholyFit keeps me limber with the timber! Loving the ladies in my WholyFit classes! They're getting stellar results! Including me! Climbing trees in my 60's'!
