is making monumental changes to instructor eligibility. Retirement from the service is no longer required.

The changes to JROTC enacted by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 2023 & 2024 pave the way for those that fall within grade requirements and have been honorably separated or currently serve the U.S. Army Reserves/National Guard to motivate young people to better citizens.
