We're not here to tell you how to live, but...if you checked out more books, DVDs, and other items from the Library...you might be happier? 10/10 scientists agree.

We're getting fresh new carpet this August! This is a big project-we're moving something like 50k+ items, shelves, furniture-the works! This means that:

📚 Second floor items have extended due dates until September.
📚 Second floor will be completely closed-no meeting or study rooms!
📚 No donations right now please-the Friends can't store or sort them!

Hey folks! 🎶 We’re excited to host the McLeod Nine Duo today for Live Music! Unfortunately, our elevator is down today. If you can handle stairs, please come on down. If not, we will see you at our next live music. 🎵

We're so excited to host Austin Reptile Shows and plenty of scale-y friends on July 23 at 10 a.m.! 🦎 This event is ticketed, so be sure to scoop a ticket at kid's desk one hour before the fun begins!

🎶 McLeod Nine Duo will be here on Sunday, July 21, at 2 p.m.! Come enjoy this free concert that is a gift from the Friends of the Library.

Seating is limited to 200. Arrive early for good seats!

Juggles, not struggles! 🤹‍♀️ Teens ages 12-18 can come to the Library on July 26 at 3 p.m. for a fun juggling workshop with Matt Tardy! Be sure to complete those summer reading logs as they are due this day.

Today, July 18, the Wilco Farmer's Market will be CLOSED. Don't fret! They will be back on July 25. 🥦🥚🥕
