The 12m high tree at St Pancras station in London is made from 3,800 books on 270 shelves. Created in conjuction with Penguin Books and Hatchards book shop at St Pancras station. Unfortunately you can’t climb the stairwell to the top. However, you can sit for free in one of the eight cosy nooks and listen to 5 minute excerpts erts from Penguin audio books. Includes old and new titles from Dickens, Beatrix Potter, CS Lewis, Michael Morpurgo, Tom Fletcher, Zadie Smith and much more…!
It’s an ode to the wealth of literature that transports us to exciting worlds.
