There has been some rumors going around about what had happened, please know we treat everyone as fairly and respectfully as possible.

The customer you are inquiring about had called another restaurant to place her order but came to our restaurant to pick it up, at which point we inform her that we didn’t have her order and suggested that she might have called the wrong place. She acknowledged and said she would just like to place a new order with us.

When she placed her order, she didn’t mention to us if she has any kind of allergies or instructed us to take any precautionary steps toward the prepping of her food.

When she called back an hour or two later after she left, she called back stating that there was shrimp in her egg roll, we apologize and asked what happened. She said that she tore into the egg roll and saw that there was a shrimp and also stated that she was fine and took a Benadryl as a precaution. We confirmed with her to make sure she was alright and told her to go to the hospital if needed and we will take care of the cost, but she rejected and said she is fine. So we continue the conversation and offer her a partial refund for the food that was affected and she agreed.

A few mins later, a guy called back demanding a full refund, before we can said anything, he further stated “if you don’t give me full refund, you better hide your dogs and cats”.

We were speechless.

We tried to do what was right but we would like the least amount of reciprocal respect back. But his behavior was just not acceptable and as you can imagine, we did not agree to the full refund.

He further stated that he will ruin our reputation any way he can, including Facebook. We didn’t want to be threatened to do anything and believe our customers will believe what is right.

We are up and running! Let’s gooooo!!!

Changes as of June 15, 2020

Thank you so much to everyone that have supported us for the last month and a half. You all are the best!

As we moved into the green phase we will be increasing our hours to 11:30am-8:00pm to better service our community.

We will also be serving our lunch menu til 3pm.

Take out procedures will stay the same.

Please be patient as we put these changes in place to better serve this great community.
