Our sausage is made fresh in house, no preservatives or chemicals added. Simply made from ground pork, salt, brown sugar, and a blend of spices.

For a limited time we are introducing our white radish rice cake. This dish is a traditional Taiwanese holiday special. The rice cake has a crispy outside and soft inside, and is served alongside our famous chef Jin sauce.

To answer all the people who are curious about our name. In the 16th century, the Portuguese sailed through Taiwan. As soon as they saw the land they said “Formosa” which means beautiful island in their language. During that time people called Taiwan, Formosa. And Taiwan is where we come from.

For our soup of the day, we’re bringing back our Butternut Squash soup! Come warm up with a good bowl of soup!
