We are still reveling in the energy from Imbolc and starting to feel more fertile with the Earth as Spring is approaching. 💐This season is a great time to focus on intimacy, self love, romance, s*xual energy, and honour Aphrodite and other love gods and goddesses.

The Yule Log 🪵 🎄🔥 Burning a Yule Log is a traditional ritual performed on the Winter Solstice to welcome longer, brighter days ahead. On the night of Yuletide, a wood log is dressed with herbs, candles, and any other desired decor and then burned to protect the household. Many people will write down their wishes for the upcoming year and burn their manifestation with the fire. ✨
This was my first attempt at a Yule log cake last year. 🎂 The log is made with chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting decorated with chocolate cake pop mushroom! 🍄
