We are very happy to offer our patients in house labs with appointment times available daily. We encourage all patients to update their bloodwork every 6 months - 1 year as a comprehensive tool to help us continuously track your health progress and monitor any conditions over time. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​If you are on hormone replacement therapy, this is especially useful to gauge hormone levels consistently and make adjustments where needed.

Lab results are returned to us within 24-48 hours. You will be able to schedule a lab review appointment either in person or over the phone to discuss your results and establish next steps if needed.

Hello, my name is Jessica Dixon! I am a new provider at VIOS and I am very excited to be here! ​​​​​​​​​I have been in healthcare for the last 16 years working as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. My hope is to help patients feel and live their best lives!​​​​​​​​​
For the last 5 years, my primary work has been with women’s health and weight loss. I am passionate about a more holistic approach to health, as I believe treating an individual encompasses more than just the body alone. Prior to working at VIOS, I worked in the ICU as a Med-surg nurse, along with working on outpatient surgery and fertility medicine in Gilbert. I also spent some time at Mt. Vista Medical Center in the ICU, and have worked at Banner Health in the cardiac department.

Outside of work you can find me spending time with my 2 beautiful children, Dylan and Ava. I also love spending time with my family and friends, doing anything outdoors, or working out, as I consider myself to be an OG of Crossfit! I am excited to be a part of the VIOS team, and I look forward to helping patients reach their health and wellness goals in all realms!

Hi, my name is Luke Carbonella. I am a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner here at VIOS. I have been working here for about a year and a half and love what I am doing. I enjoy helping people optimize their life and getting them to the physical goals they strive for.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Prior to working at VIOS, I worked 5 years as an Emergency Room nurse for Dignity Health at Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, and Chandler Regional Medical Center. I also worked as a nurse at Barrow Neurological Unit, and part-time at Mayo Clinic’s Phoenix campus. My passion is to serve people and promote preventative health.

I have a wonderful wife who is also a Registered Nurse and a son who loves to play sports. On my free time, I enjoy hanging with the family, grilling food, and playing pickle ball.
