Since starting this project in May I have seen countless rescues and shelters pleading for volunteers, fosters, adopters and donations. I've been tagged in dozens of last chance until euthanized dogs. 😭

I knew it was bad; but I'm not sure I understood the magnitude and the amount of people pleading for change! And no one is listening?

There's plenty of ways to help! Please call your local shelter and let's help ease the strain. Rescuers are shattered daily with the influx.

People have made irresponsible breeding a rescue problem! They need to be held accountable.

🚨Not an exaggeration. Rescues are in Crisis Mode and we humans need to be the ones that act! We are their only voice!

The Rescue Dog Project An Art & Advocacy campaign bringing attention to the strain on rescues and shelters all over the nation. Euthanasia isn't the answer, it's another symptom. We have to get to the core - reckless breeding. Speak for the voiceless. Dogs are suffering.
