Beautiful hair for a beautiful client. She was feeling a little brassy and ready to touch up those highlights. Finish with a healthy trim and fresh toner.

It’s been awhile since I have seen this lovely client. She has been touching up her gray at home but was finally ready for a cut and some fresh highlights. I also touched up her gray roots.

Not a big change. She wanted to keep it darker, natural color thru the top. Most of the highlights were placed underneath which will also help the grow out phase. The only spot she is really going to see that grow out line is in the front on those retouched money pieces. Finished with a trim to clean up the ends. 😍

This client loves to mix it up and experiment with vivid colors.
Sometimes with her white base the colors don’t always take very well. Thankfully today was not one of those days. We were both happy with the outcome. Today I used two varieties of pink in the mydentity line.

Keeping those rich, base tones and adding in some more highlights.

This client wasn’t liking the blonde anymore and was ready for a BIG change. Sometimes going lighter to deal with gray isn’t for everyone. We also trimmed off about 2” of length.

Touching up her gray and for fun we added a few highlights underneath. That shine though!! Amazing!!

Highlights and a healthy trim. There is just something about balancing out color, adding shine, a cut & blowout that just does wonders. Pretty results & confidence boosting all in one. 🤩

Refreshed blonde highlights, gray coverage and a trim. It turned out lovely. She wears it straight most of the time so it was fun for both of us to add some curls. 😍

New client alert. This beauty likes her hair blonde, not too blonde, and prefers an ashy/neutral. For some reason her longtime stylist no longer works with lightener & decided to try something else on her. As you can see her before picture she is a medium brown with lots of warmth. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I loaded her up with foil highlights thru the top and sides. Lifted her to a pale yellow, then toned her with a blend of level 9 Shades EQ. We did a little trim. A quick blow dry & good to go. That bit of wave is all natural, lucky gal.

It’s been six months since we have done any highlights. Also trimmed off a good 3-4” of length. 😍

This beauty was ready for a root refresh and take her blonde slightly darker.

Ever changing color with this client. We are starting to experiment with shades of red now after a variety of pinks. Touching up the platinum blonde, growing out the top and adding a pop of color. This gal is fun too which is an added bonus for me. 😁

Trying something new! This is a softer version & the color compliments her skin tone. Was it a big change?? Yes! Will she keep it??? As of yet undecided! She is still trying to adjust to the new color and less p**f style. She gets compliments all the time but it is hard to deal with change sometimes. 🤷🏼‍♀️ It will be interesting to see how this plays out over the next month or two. Will she go back to her salt & pepper? She just might.

This beauty had long, fine hair & was against losing any length. I did manage to talk her into a minimal trim just to clean up the ends. We did gray coverage, a partial foil and toner.

This lovely was very ready to lose some length and get her red tones back. Beautiful shine & rich color. Love it.

It’s been four months since this beauty has been in. Her dark roots were quite grown out and she was ready. We trimmed off between 2-3” of length. Five hours later she is back to her lovely, blended blonde. It’s a heck of a workout for me. 😅
Seriously though, she has beautiful thick hair, no extensions needed. Plus, bonus for me, she let me curl it today. 😍

Refreshing her beautiful hair. There was a little bit of yellowing thru the mids & ends. I went in and picked up the warmest pieces to brighten up a bit in foils, did toner and then a trim.

This client doesn’t live near my salon & decided to try someone new closer to her home/city. I don’t blame her one bit. Convenience is key and the new stylist was recommended. Sadly it wasn’t a great experience for her. I’m thankful & happy she returned to me. I did what I could this last visit but she is going to be a work in progress until we can get her back to where she was & wants to be. This time we did foils and a healthy cut.

Always a fun day for me when I get to work with pink hair color. This particular color is by pulp riot called ‘Cleopatra’. Love it. This gal is super laid back & my favorite kind of client. Hair sometimes does what it wants to do and can be unpredictable when it comes to color, bleach or color corrections.

This beauty decided the blonde was too light and washed her out. Adding a bit of rich color back into her life was just what she needed to boost her confidence & flatter her skin tone.

Inspiration & ask was for a Merlot rich color. I love that this client is open to variations and artistic leeway. Sorry, no before picture on this one. 😍

Look what a healthy trim & a toner/gloss can do. A lovely cost effective way to cancel out warmth without using a bleach.
Zero damage and adds a bit of shine as well.

She still had a hint of purple at her roots & light pink tips but wanted to go a little bolder. I love the color combination & end result.
