Frac Pump Plunger Guards off the Plasma Table

Repaired another Frac Pump this weekend. Amazing what 13,000psi will do to Stainless Steel when it gets past the bore packing. Just washes the metal away and chooses the path of least resistance. Has to be welded very slowly as not to produce much heat as if it gets hot it will ruin the base metal integrity. TIG for the win!

Had a out of town paving company twist an auger shaft apart creating some serious carnage. Pulled a late night and got it straightened out,sleeved and welded back together.

Built a quick little base for a wooden cross for a wedding. Having a Cnc Plasma sure makes it easy to be creative and make something that looks nice.

Had a customer that needed a number of guards copied for a conveyor unit. With our Cnc Plasma cutter we can design the pieces to be cut and formed prior to welding to make exact replica components.

Sent another set of buildings out this week. The guys are killing it!

Bumper modifications this weekend. The customer didn't like the look of the factory plastic pieces so he requested steel. So many angles in such a small area. He will be getting it custom painted.

Got called at the end of the day Wednesday with an emergency for an out of town paving company. This auger was a twisted up mess. Had it repaired and they picked it up first thing in the morning.

Was asked to build some billet aluminum components for a local coal mine.

Been a bit since we posted but the guy's are busy building these every month and more went out yesterday. Also I have been busy working off my portable truck and doing some light Fabrication and Plasma table work.

We are running a special on 12x24 steel framed shelters for spring. This special will go to May 1st. These shelters are made with an all steel frame and feature a wooden kick panel and steel top cap to prevent chewing. They can easily be moved around and are selling for $4995+tax. We offer free delivery within 40 miles of Gillette and for a fee we are happy to go further.

Completed the first few buildings for a new customer. Looking forward to a long relationship with them.

The guys are hard at work building some oilfield buildings for a new customer. So far they are very happy and we are looking forward to a long-term partnership with them.

Finally decided to try our hands on some Cnc art. This piece is 48in long and has led backlighting.

This fluid end had a significant wash area. Turns out 12,000psi of frac pressure can do some serious damage.

Removed the roof sections and set some 2000hp pumps in these skid buildings this week. So nice to have good customers and talented guys that help make T.W.F a success.

Yesterday's rebuild after a very large driveline broke destroying the guard. Drew it all up with CAD cut it out as the guys fabbed new mounts. Turned out great.

Had the opportunity to fabricate a fixture for a great customer.

Got to design and build a prototype fiber optic instalation trailer for a local provider. We came up with a list of all the things that it needed to be a turn key system complete with the ability to lock up all the trencher tools and bits. We also made it totally removable on a skid that slips into the stake pockets and pins.

We were called to do some very heavy plate cutting on Saturday. This is 5in thick steel and a 4'x4'x5" piece weighed in around 4600 #. Thankfully we were able to get it cut and further dial in our ability to be very versatile in the cnc cutting game.
