We get this question a lot so I figured I would answer it here!

When we say we can’t do holds it’s not because we don’t want to it’s because with our system it’s just not possible. If we remove an item from inventory to “hold it” for a customer we have to add it back into inventory when the customer comes in to purchase & pickup. If someone has it on their waitlist and we add it back to inventory it will automatically put it in the online customers cart. It is too big of a hassle & can cause inventory issues so we’ve made it our policy to not hold items.

You’re always welcome to buy it online & select local pickup and come grab it at your convenience!
