This woman is a prime example of doing whatever it takes to get the job done. Gina has had various different injuries/surgeries, but finds a way to complete every workout that she takes. A lot of people in her situation would’ve given up a long time ago but she is tough as nails. Congrats on member of the week! Very well deserved, Keep up the good work, Gina.

Get ready for F45 PLAYOFFS FINAL ROUND!! We will be meeting in at to compete with all of our 7 sister studios. We will get the chance to be coached by some of the best coaches on Long Island!! There will be vendors, food, drinks, snacks, and much more. If you’re not one of the top 10, feel free to come show support for our squad.

Stage 5 is up next for trials week! Stage 5 is all about your rep count.
10 stations. 100 reps per station is your goal between you and your partner. Do you have what it takes to make it to 1,000?!

Stage 3 coming tomorrow. We will all start on the inner pod which will be Emom burpees. We will start by trying to reach 6 burpees in the first minute and add one with each set. If you don’t surpass your previous total, you’ll be eliminated and sent to the outer pod to complete the workout.

ITS TIME!!!! This Friday, we’re getting down to the nitty gritty. Playoffs will be taking place for 3-7pm and we will have a happy hour at garvies point brewery shortly after at 8pm. Scoring sheet for playoffs is on the 2nd slide. SEE YOU THERE 💪

Reminder for this coming Tuesday, our 4th of July modified schedule will include an 8:30 and a 9:30 am class. There will be no afternoon classes that day. Happy 4th everyone 🇺🇸💪🏼
