We’re excited to introduce our latest offering: a new harvest from Sumatra, produced by the renowned Wahana Estate in Sidikalang, Northern Indonesia. This coffee is crafted using the traditional wet-hulled (Giling Basah) process and features the Bourbon and Typica varieties, which stand out from other local cultivars. The beans are exceptionally uniform, with minimal defects—a rare quality for wet-hulled coffees. We’ve chosen a lighter medium roast, diverging from the typical darker roast, to bring out its unique candy-like sweetness and Chardonnay white wine-like notes. This distinctive coffee is not only exceptional in flavor but also comes at a great value, making it the perfect choice for your daily brew.
