Hello CalWORKs/CARE Students!
Itโ€™s that special time of year again where you and your child/children are invited to participate in our upcoming 9th Annual โ€œAdopt an Angelโ€ Holiday Party. This yearโ€™s theme is โ€œWalking in a Reading Wonderland.โ€ It will be an afternoon filled with fun holiday activities, refreshments, and a special visit from Santa! ๐ŸŽ…
If you would like to participate, you and your children must attend the holiday party on Thursday, December 7th from 4-6pm in C I 159.
To register, please bring the bottom portion of the attached registration form to the EOP&S/CARE and CalWORKs offices as soon as possible. Please complete one form for each of your children. If you cannot attend the party, please do not submit this registration form. The reason why we require attendance is because the children will make personalized thank you cards for their adopters, which we send to them soon after the holiday party.๐ŸŒฒ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ›ท
Space is limited to the first 50 children so be sure to return your form(s) ASAP. Last date to turn in forms will be Friday, November 3, 2017. If you have any questions, please contact the CalWORKs or EOP&S office at (626)852-8023 or (626) 914-8555.
