Love the Y6 Hot sequence? Well then, get ready to do a deep dive in this EXPANDED 120 minute version with Margaret and Leonore.

The Hot Yogi Summer workshop focuses on several key postures in the hot sequence that have room to uplevel the pose. Students will leave this workshop with a better understanding of how to explore these advanced options in a regular hot class. This workshop will take place in a gently warmed room.
