Sq**rt Minor B had a great time over the weekend, picking up the Spring Battle on the Border championship in 2OT!

Our thoughts are with the family and friends of Hunter McDonald as we all cope with the tragic loss of his life.

The Jaguar Hockey Club is devastated to hear of the passing of current Jaguar Hunter McDonald. Hunter was a part of the Jaguars since the beginning of his hockey career. He was on the U16 team this spring after playing on Bantam 1 this past fall season.
Hunter was a freshman at Minooka High School where he also was a member of the wrestling and lacrosse team.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Kristy, Matt, Matty, Cam, extended family and friends. Please continue to pray for them during this difficult time.
A celebration of Hunter’s life will be held on Tuesday, April 9th with a visitation at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet from 2:00pm until 8:00pm.

We are incredibly proud of the Glenview Stars Girls Hockey 19U team on an amazing season.

Congratulations to our amazing 19U Independent Glenview Stars Girls Hockey Team! Despite losing a hard fought battle in the quarterfinals, they finished the tournament with a record of 3-1 and ranked 8th in the Nation out of 118 teams across the country. They went 40-14-12 this season! The National tournament has solidified our 19U girls as true contenders at the National level.
Congratulations girls! We’re proud of all your accomplishments this season!

What an amazing experience as the Lions Cup: Team Chicago teams got to practice and get some skill work in with Huddinge Hockey’s Peter Nylander!

Every year our program is proud to send players to Sweden to participate in Lions Cup: Team Chicago. Please follow their adventures in Stockholm. These players get the unique experience of playing in a tournament against teams from all over Europe and to stay with the family of players from Huddinge Hockey - who are our gracious hosts!

The weekend is almost here. For five of our teams, that means Amateur Hockey Association of Illinois - AHAI state championship games. Let’s show up for them!

We are so proud to have 5 Glenview Stars and teams at playing in the Illinois State tournament championships this coming weekend at in Mt Prospect!

Please come pack the house this weekend!

Regulation wasn’t enough. OT wasn’t enough. A 5 person shootout wasn’t enough. After 15 shootout attempts and three different comebacks, the Bantam team finally knocked out rival 3-2 (2-1 in SO) to win 🥇 the Northshore Cup. More to come!

Peewee A1 ended its season with a big 4-1 win over to capture the Northshore Cup championship! Way to go Stars!

Can any goalie moms relate? Mite A1’s goalie mom endured an OT win for the chip!

Mite A1 is your CUHL D2-A champion after a thrilling 4-3 OT win. Nicholas with the GWG - and their goalie stood on his head to keep the team in it! More to come!
