Katie Page from the University of Southern California gave an excellent Mars Lecture, entitled “Shaping Future Health: Early-Life Determinants of Obesity and Metabolic Disease Risk” she was introduced by Kyle Burger!

Congratulations to Harvey Grill for being the recipient of the Distinguished Career Award 🎉🎉🎉 Matt Hayes gave a wonderful introduction and Harvey Grill gave an excellent presentation highlighting many critical scientific advancements as well as an exceptional track record in mentoring the next generation of outstanding scientists! The whole room stood in applause 👏👏👏

Mars Lecturer Linda Rinaman from Florida State University, who presented a fantastic talk entitled “The Reticular Formation, Interoception, and Motivated Behavior”
