You can also, reduce toxicity at home by making use of a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter to clean and keep every surface in the house toxin-free. Also, ensure products and furniture used in the house are carefully selected as they may be laden with chemicals.

Plastic bottles are the exact definition of a no-win situation. It is not only unhealthy for you, but itโs also awful for the ecosystem. Plastic bottles were initially problematic because they contained bisphenol-A (BPA), an endocrine-disrupting chemical.
Bisphenol-A free plastic bottles were produced to counter the first problem; however, these new bottles also contain other toxins which are as bad as bisphenol-A. Although there are instances where you canโt avoid using plastic containers, try to avoid using them when you can, always opt for stainless steel and glass containers for carrying your filtered water.

Melatonin is a natural hormone that controls the sleep-wake cycle, and this hormone is regulated by light exposure. When it is dark, the human brain secretes more melatonin and it secretes less when thereโs light, the former makes you feel sleepy while the latter makes you more alert.
