After five years of service in the New Zealand Army, Robin Goomes was at a crossroads. She had to decide whether to continue her career as a heavy machinery operator or to make a massive bet on herself and pursue her dream of becoming a professional mountain biker. Robin had never competed outside of New Zealand, and it was rare for women to secure invites in a male-dominated sport. Despite these uncertainties and the ever-present risk of injury, she decided to roll the dice.

After cleaning the first three rooty & slick stages, built on his 5 second lead to take home the win at EDR.3: Leogang by over 7 seconds in the end. 
 
remained on pace and consistent throughout the entire day and brough it home in 3rd, sharing the podium with Rude.

That’s a wrap on after another weekend packed with massive sends and tight racing.

stole the show with Gold Medals in Pump Track and Dual Slalom, and placing in the top-10 in both DH and Speed & Style. He now holds the ‘King of Crankworx’ crown with 538 points 👑. was hot on his heels, sliding into 6th place in the Dual Slalom Finals.

clinched 2nd place in the Pro-Female Slopestyle category, putting down a heater of a run that was dripping with Robin’s signature style and maintained momentum after her 1st place win in Rotorua.

On to Innsbruck 💪 (June 12-16th).

The Yeti / FOX and Yeti / Shimano teams dominated Poland’s first Enduro UCI event over the weekend taking 4-of-6 podium spots up for grabs in Elite Men’s EDR and E-EDR. Yeti / Fox racer, took 2nd in Enduro on Friday and then 1st in E-EDR the next day on his home turf with the support of hundreds of fellow Polish supporters. Teammate and last year’s overall Enduro Champion, finished 3rd in EDR and currently sits 2nd Overall in the series. (Yeti / Shimano) finished 3rd in the E-EDR, capping off a strong weekend for Yeti squad.
