What another FUN night at the Country Kitchen!! It was great to see everyone coming out to show support for their school. EA took it away by the end of the night raising the most funds for their school's athletic booster club.

💥We know how much y'all love a little friendly competition, so here is how this will work:

⭐On Friday Night August 30th you can dine in or carry out and let the cashier know which school you are there to support.
🟡⚫Saint Amant High School⚫🟡

🔵🟡East Ascension High School🟡🔵

⭐We will keep a running tally throughout the night and at the end of the night BOTH school's athletic booster clubs will receive a check for 20% of the sales attributed to that school.
⭐The competition is to see which school raises the most funds!
⭐Come out for a great meal, at a great price and help show your support for these programs

⭐Please note ⭐ we will not have the chicken livers during the Spirit Night fundraisers (August 23rd and 30th)! They will return to the bar Friday Nights on September 6th!

Country Kitchen will be hosting TWO separate Spirit Nights to benefit all four High School Athletic Booster Clubs. The EA vs STA Spirit Night will be August 30th!

We at the Country Kitchen in Gonzales would like to take a moment to Congratulate Anthony Comeaux. 🎓
You will know Anthony from his years of working as our busser until being promoted after graduation to one of our kitchen staff. Anthony graduated in 2024 from East Ascension High School #23 in his class of 450 students and scored a 31 on the ACT. While in high school, working part-time for us, he had the honor of serving as the Class Senator, FCA Vice President, and the Spanish Club Vice President. He earned several full-paid scholarships to attend LSU this fall. As much as we will miss seeing him around the restaurant, we could not be prouder and more excited for him to take this next step towards his very bright future. Let us take a minute to wish him well!
