🔸Debbie Velasco
“My name is Debbie I grew up in the state of Washington in a small town named Pasco. I attended the tri-tech program for CNA. Volunteering at the local hospitals and a few nursing homes. I learned that I really enjoyed helping others in their well-being. After moving to Arizona my mother became sick and our family came together to help her with her health, after she passed away, I went back to becoming a caretaker and have been doing it since. I look forward to growing within this career path and I’m grateful for everyone who I’ve had the privilege to work with.”

He is great with clients and Maria is always aware of her clients needs.
Maria bio: has been with CHC for almost seven years. Mrs. Enriquez has a innate ability to care for the weak and caregiving was a natural profession for her love of her brothers and sisters in Christ. Maria LOVES JESUS and she attends Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and is blessed to have three children and one has served the arm forces. Thank you for your commitment and service.
Melvin bio: born and raised in the Philippines by a wonderful family. We are a family of dentist because my father, my brother and my youngest daughter are dentists. My ambition was to be a successful engineer, so right after I got my degree, I worked right away in Saudi Arabia for two years. But since my mom had a pharmacy business, she wants me to be the one to manage the drug and dental store after my Saudi stint. And went to school again to pursue a pharmaceutical course. I got married and had four beautiful children who are all very successful to this date. But in time, my wife and I got legally separated and I moved to the United States in 2013.My passion is to take care of people with disabilities, so I started to work as a caregiver in a group home. After three years, I moved on to caregiving in a behavioral health home. Then, I decided to do dialysis, which turns out was not my cup of tea. And here I am again, caring for individual people which has become my passion. Now, I am married to a wonderful women.
Throwback to when we participated at the 5k Women’s Health Marathon hosted by Sun Health Foundation 🏃🏽♀️☀️❤️
Compassionate Heart of March 2022❤️
🔸Linda Wilson
🔸Susan Strmic
Linda and Susan deserve to be the winner of the month of March, because they are very hard workers, by covering a lot shifts, being very punctual with shifts and always being ready to help.
🔸Linda Wilson bio: I was born and raised in Chicago the oldest girl of 4 brothers and sister. Went to an all-girl high school. Being the oldest girl, I learned at an early age to Nature. I helped care for my grandfather sister mother. When I got married, I cared for my husband. We were married 30 years before he went home to be with the Lord. Caring for my family and others early on made me realize I was gifted in that area and so I went to School to become a CNA.
🔸Susan Strmic bio: I have 3 great children and 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. I started my health care career early in my 20's, because I always had a fascination for it. I started as a Nursing Assistant for several years and went into home care. I felt it was more rewarding doing home care, than being rushed with 30 patients at a shift. I started pursuing health care most of all, when my older sister got breast cancer and passed away in her early 30's. That was devastating and I knew from that time on, I had to help people. Especially seniors, so they can live their lives in the comfort of their own home. Over 35 years later, I still enjoy caring for people.
“It is not how much you do, but how much love you put in the doing.”❤️
Compassionate Heart of February 2022❤️
🔸Hernando
🔸Deborah
are Perfect winners bcuz they always arrives on time with their clients, they help cover many different clients. They both have a big heart. Thank you very much Deborah and Hernando for always helping us.
🔸Hernando E Bobadilla bio: I’m from Peru living in America for 33 yrs, lived in Connecticut for 20 yrs and 13 in Arizona, I started working in the Healthcare in 1995, yrs later, after my mom died on my arms in 1988, I never want anyone to experience that, so I do my best to give the best care to everyone, to live fully and well taking care of, that’s my goal every day. And I hope to have the same privilege, when my time comes to depend on someone to take care of me.
🔸Deborah Velasco bio: I have been a caretaker for almost 3 yrs. I have always enjoyed helping people, I stumbled upon this type of work when a friend of mine reached out for help with one of her clients. I enjoyed it so much that once I started to help as a caretaker I’ve continued in this line of work.
I had originally started working with patients back in Washington; while I was in the nursing assistance program and would volunteer at the local hospitals. However, when I moved to Arizona my career took a different direction before I would go back to working as a caretaker. I continuously strive to better my education by maintaining my credentials up to date and taking new courses in the field. I currently have my First Aid CPR Card, Fingerprint Clearance Card, Food Handlers Card, Article 9 Certification, and AED training. Alongside with ongoing trainings provided by Compassionate Home care.
I can honestly say that participating as a caretaker when a family is most in need of support and assistance has been one of the most rewarding things I have done. I've had the pleasure of meeting such great people and been able to participate as a small part of their lives which have become part of my life’s experiences and people that I hold dearly to my heart.
Take time to reflect on what Easter truly means and you will be surprised at the revelation. You are forgiven, you are set free, you have life and so live it to the best you can. That is one way to truly honour the One who laid down His precious life for you. Never again do you have to wonder about the future. Christ is your past, present and future, and in His resurrection your future is secure. You have been made whole by Christ who took all your sins and died in your place. Rejoice in the knowledge that nothing can ever separate you from His love. And always remember all those who sacrificially serve others, the armed forces, the doctors and nurses, caregivers, volunteers and teachers and all others who never count the costs of blessing others. Say a special prayer for them and ask God to bless them and their loved ones. Happy Easter.
Hallelujah! He is Risen!!

She has a big heart thank you very much Maria for always being there to help. Maria’s bio: “I was born in Havana Cuba, when I was two years old my parents escaped Cuba taking me and my older brother with them to the states for a better life. Growing up was rough but we always a roof over our head and food in our bellys so we were grateful. When I was 23 I had just given birth to my child and the father left me to raise my children alone. It is rough being a single parent but I've always made sure my children had food in their bellys and roof over our heads. After years of working in manufacturing jobs that were physically and mentally exhausting I decided I had enough and wanted a career not just another job.
