The family, friends, & police are searching for Lee E. Williams. Last talked to, via cell phone, on December 23 at 9 am. His residence is in Chandler, near Arizona Ave & Pecos Road. May be suffering from Dementia and is a veteran of the Army. Drives white Ford F150XLT, AZ DLA3CNA. If located, call the police or 911.

Home Care of Arizona specializes in In-Home Care and Assisted Living Placement Services for seniors, those with disabilities, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, cerebral palsy, ALS, and other mental and physical limitations.

Duties will include but are not limited to, assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care), basic food prep, medication assistance, mobility assistance, transportation, personal supervision, and making people's day brighter with positivity.

Applicants must have the following

 One year of paid caregiver experience
 Current CNA or Certified Caregiver certification
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Arizona Fingerprint clearance card
 A valid driver's license
 Reliable transportation with current vehicle insurance and registration
 Social security card, government ID, and 18 years or older
 Be able to pass a background check and drug screening
