Today we move the Coconut Kefir Kettle to a new home!
We have sold the Slow Pokes Coconut Kefir Cream to Frannie's Market in Cedarburg.
We have begun training for them.
We have applied for the new licenses.
Next week the new kitchen gets inspected.
Keeping our fingers crossed that we start production before the months end.
Patience is new new to me too!

We would like to inform our loyal customers, there are supply chain issues. We are experiencing a little different texture to our kefir at this time. The kefir is just as beneficial, if not more beneficial, because it had been fermented longer. We will not be able to take returns at this time. We hope the supply chain will supply us with better quality product soon.

The online store will help to save you time, but we are still requiring pick up from REKO, curb side, or in store. January 1st We will be joing forces with Ozaukee Area REKO Ring, also, launching our online store through Local Line. We will start with our Coconut Kefir and adding made-from-scratch items to our store like soup, bone broth, and baked goods.
