We snuck a new German-inspired brew on tap this weekend. This one is stacked with apples!

Fluid Situation: Apfelstrudel is inspired by the dessert pastry. Brewed with apples, cinnamon, vanilla and almond flour to create the pastry crust flavor.

You’ll have to wait until Wednesday to try it unless you happened to be here when it went on tap. Enjoy this brew and 5 other German-inspired brews this Saturday, September 14th at our 6th Annual Ein Kleines Oktoberfest.

It’s one of the 6 German-inspired beers that’ll fill our taps next Saturday for Ein Kleines Oktoberfest, which is noon-9pm with live music and a brat fry.

Today is a great day for Dunkel and to grab some sushi from the amazing Modern Maki. They’ll be serving 2-7pm or so in our south lot.

Just like with our beer, we’re always trying to bring something new and different to Grafton. Well, this Sunday from 2-7pm we got Modern Maki bringing their sushi menu to Sahale. Ever pair beer and sushi? If not, try something different (and delicious).

Don’t miss out on KT’s WOK today from noon-8pm either. Another food vendor bringing high end, unique/different options you’ll have to head to the city for, but we’re bringing them to you.

I have always been passionate about cooking, a passion that began at a very young age. We contemplated opening a food truck a few years ago, but our children were not yet old enough.

In Chicago, we encountered restaurant that utilized the skills of an autistic child in their daily operations. This experience prompted us, as parents of an autistic child, to contemplate creating a business where our son can work in tandem with us, free from the challenges of bullying and judgment, in a protected environment.

Subsequently, we opted to purchase an empty boxed trailer and undertook a comprehensive build-out from the ground up, leveraging culinary creativity to successfully launch our venture.

We are nearing our two-year milestone, still learning daily and striving for ongoing success.

Our buddies at Serpentijn Art & Athletics Cycling Team are hosting their annual installment of the Wisconsin CX Series presented by Trek Bicycles at Lime Kiln Park here in Grafton. The races take place on Saturday, October 19th 2024.
