ππ€ Celebrating Black History Month at Serene Meadows π€π
At Serene Meadows, we believe in the power of diversity and the importance of acknowledging and celebrating the rich history and contributions of the Black community. As we honor Black History Month, we want to take this opportunity to highlight the achievements, resilience, and cultural heritage that have shaped our world.
Throughout history, Black individuals have made significant contributions in various fields, including art, literature, science, music, sports, politics, and social justice. Their courage, determination, and unwavering spirit have paved the way for progress and inspired generations to strive for equality and justice.
By recognizing and celebrating Black history, we not only pay tribute to the past but also work towards a future where inclusivity, equality, and understanding thrive.

We're delighted to share that the US Postal Service is featuring the on its landing page for November. (Click https://www.usps.com and scroll down.) As many of you know, November is designated as both National Alzheimerβs Disease Awareness and National Family Caregivers Month.
The Alzheimerβs stamp provides us with an easy and inexpensive means to raise awareness and more importantly, critical funds for NIH funded research to advance prevention, better treatments, and a cure. Each sheet of stamps purchased delivers $3.80 to the NIH with more than $1.5 million being raised to date.
We canβt help but think that if each of our 11.5 million unpaid family caregivers were to order just one sheet of stamps, that alone would raise over $43 million for dementia research! This month, in honor or in memory of a loved one with dementia, please order your stamps online to use on all your mail or to give as gifts. And please be sure to share this message in your newsletters, blogs and on social media. Together we can ! π

We are excited to present our new logo to our families, friends, and trusted partners. Why did we choose our new logo? The lotus flower is known to rise from the mud without stains, often viewed as a symbol of purity. Since they return to the water each evening and open their blooms at the break of day, lotus flowers are a symbol of strength, resilience, and rebirth. Each flower petal represents the five points of our mission: family, community, quality, integrity, and great customer service.
The Serene Gardens brand encompasses beautiful communities, amenities, and highly trained professionals to take care of your loved ones.
