Trunk or treat was a success. The weather was perfect and our residents were so excited to pass out candy to all the kids. It is the simple things in life that can bring the biggest smiles.

This is our last week of our Alzheimer's soup fundraiser. This week we will be selling Chicken lemon rice soup for $8.00. Pick up time is Friday, October 18th from 11am to 3pm. Please call and place your orders with admission by Thursday (810-606-9950) All proceeds go to the Alzheimer's Association.

It is always a great day when you can capture a beautiful smile.

Time to cook. Cooking does not have to be difficult. A simple cheese ball is always a great snack. The flavors and smells of this recipe is always a great hit.

Come join our craft show this Saturday, October 5th from 10 am- 4pm. Admission is free to the public. There is still some room for last minute vendors. Vendor fee is $20. Good laughs and fun is always had when playing fun games. Today's game was Toss the Pigs. This game was gets a good laugh or two.

Spending the afternoon painting is a great pass time of some residents. You never know what we will create.

Lots of muscle building is happening. No machinery needed in our cookie baking. Lots of fun reminiscing is always involved.

Baking is always fun when you have a friend helping. The smiles alone tell you how much we enjoy making our favorite desserts.

It's always a good day when baking. The aroma of fresh baked cookies fills the air with a sweet aroma. And the best part is the test testing.

The new season is about to start. We are enjoying the new changes in our art work display. Sharing our favorite memories of seasons past is always enjoyable.

From Romeo the therapy pony to shucking corn to patriotic ice cream day we are creating little happy moments.

Lucky duck day was a big sucess. The residents and the staff had a great time on scavenger hunt to find some lucky ducks.
