Fitness doesn't always require lifting heavy weights, intense tabata, running 5-10k everyday, or giving up all your favorite foods.

It can be as simple as increasing your daily activity like walking a little more. Prioritizing getting a little more sleep, aiming for over 6 hours if possible, and making slight improvements to your diet while still enjoying your favorite foods in moderation are also effective ways to achieve fitness.
