Dear Harmony Science Academy - Grand Prairie Community:

Harmony Science Academy - Grand Prairie will be closed on Friday, September 6, 2024 due to the current state of the city’s water issue. Our district maintenance staff must ensure all lines are thoroughly flushed per the protocol issued by the City of Grand Prairie to ensure the water is safe to use. The safety of our students, families, and staff is our number one priority. Classes are anticipated to resume at regular scheduled time on Tuesday September 10, 2024. Monday is a campus PD day.

Any additional updates will be communicated to our Harmony families through our school messenger system, school website, and school page.

Harmony Public Schools is committed to the safety and education of all our students. We take seriously our responsibility to communicate with parents about safety issues when they arise as quickly and clearly as possible. Out of an abundance of caution HSA GP will be closed today September 4, 2024 due to the ongoing water issues in the city of Grand Prairie. We expect to be open on Thursday September 5, 2024.

On Friday we were able celebrate our newest Tigers by sorting them into their houses during AMBUSH! Our amazing 8th Graders lead the festivities. We love that all of our tigers have HEART and are able to stretch themselves everyday.
