Our logo was born on the back of a napkin in an airport cafe. Here, at the end of the year, and the end of our first full year of business, we want to thank each one of you that has helped us grow to where we are! From an idea on a napkin to a business that cares passionately about delicious cocktails and excellent service, your support of our dedicated staff means the world to us. 100 Yard Dash. Today we feature a cocktail from a new section on our menu called The Athletic Field. These drinks are dynamic and adventurous with bold and unique flavors. This record breaker features bourbon, apple brandy, cinnamon, allspice dram, grapefruit, vanilla, and lime. Warm up with one for the holidays!

Spill The Tea... this delicious fizz features aquavit, gin, pistachio orgeat, matcha, cream sherry, lemon, and soda. It dishes all the juicy gossip you want... and more!

We are excited to announce the release of our new Fall/Winter menu!! Brand new cocktails to explore and some fan favorites make their return! New house-made ingredients and exciting libations mix together to compose the menu's theme: ON CAMPUS. Get your degree in delicious cocktails as we walk you through this semester's syllabus! Today we feature a drink from a category called "The Theater", approachable, dramatic, light hearted showstoppers. This one is called Showbiz, baby! and features gin, Italicus, Granny Smith apple, lemon, vanilla, ginger, and lemongrass tincture. We can't wait to share our new menu with you! See you soon...

Cocktail Spotlight: The Goldrush. This delicious beverage is perfect for Fall. (It is Fall, isn't it?) Bourbon, lemon, and honey get together for a simple but magical mix. Featured this week at our cozy cocktail room. We can't wait to shake one up for you!

Cocktail Spotlight: Co**se Reviver #2. Gin, Lillet Blanc, Curaçao, and Lemon Juice. This classic dates back to 1871. Tart and refreshing, it was designed to cure your worst hangover. Despite its ominous name, we think you'll love this cocktail as much as we do!

The Humidor. Our Oaxacan Old Fashioned. Drip Drop Style. Añejo Cristalino Tequila, Ghee-washed Mezcal, Agave, and Xocolatl Mole Bitters. A smoldering stick of cinnamon sets the mood for sipping and conversation. From the Top Drop section of our menu, we think you'll love this crystal clear cocktail!

What's that? You'll have a bespoke cocktail and a jazz request? You've come to the right place! Our Wednesday Jazz Series is very popular. Drop in and relax with bassist John Webber and his Duet! We'll mix you something special.

Cocktail Spotlight: The Sidecar. From the Ritz Hotel in Paris, this classic cocktail features Cognac, Curacao, and Lemon. We use Pierre Ferrand 1840 and Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao. And of course, freshly squeezed lemon juice. One of the fundamental cocktail builds, this one is easy to love!

The Velvet Straightjacket. This one is from our own cocktail creator, Jordan. Hibiscus-infused Mezcal, Cachaca, Falernum, Aperol, Lime and Sage. Herbal, floral, and refreshing all at the same time. It's like a calming blanket that won't ever let go! Find it on our menu in the section: All About Agave.

Solera Sazerac. This riff on the classic cocktail from New Orleans features Spanish brandy, Cognac, our house rum blend, cacao, bitters blend, and absinthe. Harmonious, like a Dixieland jazz band in the French Quarter, this bracing sipper has a sweet allure. Let the good times roll!

Crimson Blade. This one is from our very own cocktail creator, Jonny. This inventive riff on a Blood and Sand features Famous Grouse Scotch, Luxardo Marascino Liquor, our DD vermouth blend, orange cordial and a Cabernet float. Bright and quaffable, The Crimson Blade will cut to the chase!

Green Thumb. This margarita variation blends spring time flavors with a touch of smoke. Blanco Tequila, Mezcal, Fino Sherry, Basil, Lime, Agave, and smoked salt. Drop in and try this crowd favorite!

Introducing our new drink series: Cocktail Spotlight! Join us each week as we trek off-menu into the wilds of the cocktail kingdom. We will explore new and exotic species and remind you why we love the classics. This week, we shine the spotlight on the Pisco Sour. The national drink of Peru, this mix features pot distilled liquor from grapes. Fresh lemon and a dash of bitters on top makes this classic cocktail truly balanced and delicious. Try one this week!

Espresso Yourself. We improved our espresso martini with Bumbu rum, a dash of Montenegro, coffee liquor from our friends at , a scratch of cinnamon, and of course, fresh espresso. We think you'll really like this one!
