I’m excited to announce that I will be moving on to a new chapter in my life. Now a bit about Brett....... he graduated from the Institute of Sanative Arts in 2020. His style is to blend all his training in therapeutic and traditional massage modalities to create a very effective massage for every clients needs.
Brett's focus is helping people who deal with chronic pain, anxiety, and reduced range of motion. Brett is also a certified mindfulness meditation instructor. His goal is to blend these two distinct offerings into a completely new form of meditative bodywork that guides clients into a more integrated and holistic relationship with their minds and bodies.

Hydration Recipe
Keeping hydrated is an important part of staying healthy. Water promotes cardiovascular health, keeps your body cool, helps muscles and joints work better and keeps skin supple. Here is this week’s hydration recipe:
Strawberry Mint Water
Ingredients:
6 – 8 sliced strawberries
1 cup of mint leaves
Water
Instructions:
Wash and slice strawberries.
Wash mint
Fill a pitcher with water. Add strawberries and mint.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Continue to fill up the pitcher with fresh water all day, discard herbs and fruit after 12 hours.

We are excited to let you know we have Erin joining our Sanative Tribe of therapist starting next Monday September 28th. She graduated from our school Institute of Sanative Arts a few years back. Erin is a skilled therapist I am sure you will all agree. She will be working Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and most Saturdays. I am sure you will be pleased. We hope to get all the therapist back soon but want them to have the time to settle in with their children and family needs, but are planning a return. Take the time to schedule an appointment with Erin, or just say Hi when you are in getting a massage. Becca and Gina are looking forward to the company of a new Sanative partner, They have been doing their best to try and take care of our wonderful clients, hats off to them as well!
We are opening July 6th with a limited schedule!! Things like everywhere will look different! We so want to make sure you and your therapist are protected as much as possible. Please if you are not feeling well, reschedule your appointment. Let us make sure we all err on the side of caution. Better safe than sorry please!!
In order to keep everyone safe. here is what to expect. We will continue to clean and disinfect as always and more. Mask and sanitizer will be available.
Mask must be worn!!
Gloves will be worn by therapist.
Temperature will be taken.
You will need to fill out a short form about recent activities and health history.
You will need to stay 6 feet apart whenever possible.
Appointment times will be staggered.
There will be no double appointments in the same room at this time.
There will be no facials at this time.
As we learn how to do this, we ask for your patience as many of our therapists will not be returning until the fall so appointment times are limited. I feel confident we can figure this out, but we must do this slow and smart.
