Did you know, MODRN GR started in 2018 as a resource for the local apartment dwellers and first time homeowners of Eastown to find cute, affordable, modern furniture and home accessories for their new pads?

5 1/2 years later- we’re still here for apartment dwellers and first time homeowners - but we don’t want our name to fool ya! We’re available and thrilled to be designing for all styles and ages of homes. We pride ourselves on creating spaces that are appropriate for the age of your home, your lifestyle, and your aesthetic. This often culminates in a mix of traditional details, perhaps in some modern finishes, with an organic, approachable and occasionally earthy vibe.

Designing for this sweet family was an honor. They rolled with the punches, moved out for several weeks, slept in the basement, and generally turned their world upside down. Renovations can be tough. But it was so worth it in our opinion.
