When your best quiche baker is out all week and you (the owner) try to make the quiche for the first time in over a year this is what happens. You spill the custard and overbake them. SO- they are on special discount this weekend 🤣 our EBTB quiche is now UBSD (ugly but still delicious)

Which would you rather have? NGL, I’ve certainly chowed down on a certain ubiquitous Seattle based coffee shop breakfast sandwich before. But every time I see an employee there come out with an armload of frozen, wrapped in plastic sandwiches that are heated to molten lava levels in what is basically an enormous microwave, I think of our freshly baked, hand made sandwiches and believe our product is truly better.
