Acronyms of fitness.. I’m sure you are familiar with most of these but here’s a little refresher:

AMRAP-As many rounds as possible
EMOM- Every minute on the minute
PR- Personal Record
HIIT- High intensity interval training
NSV-Non scale victory
DOMS- Delayed onset muscle soreness
AHAP- as heavy as possible

Here at Rebuild, we take the guess work out of going to the gym. We have an amazing community of members and a welcoming atmosphere for all people. Have you been injured at the gym or have aches and pains when working out? Our coaches are great at modifying our group style workouts for your needs.

If it has been a minute since you have been to the gym, Rebuild is the perfect place for you. Many of our workouts are structured so that you can go at your own pace. They are challenging and fun for all levels and ages. Our coaches are there to encourage and teach you how to perform everything correctly.
