Located just 20 minutes outside of downtown Grand Rapids, Five Star’s Standale office is the corporate headquarters to our whole operation. Many agents and full-time staff call this office home - including our awesome accounting team! Stop in sometime to say hello!

Over the last two weeks, people in the U.S. have been recovering from unimaginable, large-scale disasters. First, it was Hurricane Helene, and now, Hurricane Milton, which could be one of the most destructive storms ever to impact this country.

Five Star was founded on the values of kindness, grace, and mercy. When others are in need, we step up to lend a hand. With this in mind, we are working to raise funds and contribute to the ongoing relief efforts.

The most effective way to help victims is through cash donations, as that is the quickest way to get assistance to those in need. It immediately grants on-the-ground charities the flexibility to purchase the supplies they need.

The American Red Cross is leading a massive response effort. Over 2,100 Red Cross disaster responders are working 24/7 with partners to provide safe shelter, meals, and emotional support to those affected across multiple states including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and, Tennessee.

Dave has worked alongside his wife for years, at her wholesale bakery Sweet Batches, and can make a mean shortbread cookie!
