Enjoying these fresh veggies while they last! Kale from the farmers market, tomatoes and zucchini from a friend's garden, eggs from another friend all in what I called a "shakahuka scramble" with a side of probiotic cottage cheese and homemade fermented corn salsa.
It was delicious, if a bit visually underwhelming 😄

Thank you for all you do to share your love, wisdom, experience and history.
Sometimes it can sound difficult difficult lemon 🍋 difficult to think of eating a whole rainbow of fruits and veggies in a day.
But then I do it all in one bowl and can't imagine why it seemed like a challenge.
I look forward to the day when the world looks at all these fragrance things and asks why humans ever thought it was a good idea to surround ourselves with toxic endocrine disruptors, allergens, and nerurotoxins.

In the cold months in Montana, I'm not for it. I think we get plenty of cold therapy here!
But while the weather is nice, I like the chance to jump into some cold water occasionally, or finish my shower cold for a couple minutes.
It's invigorating, refreshing, wakes you up, and also reminds your body that you're the boss.
When was the last time you made yourself something beautiful and delightful just to enjoy?
A meal or snack, drink, piece of art, anything.

Hello September!!
As much as I adore summer and aim to soak up as much as I can, I'm always most excited for fall.
Cooler breezes, cozy flannels, beautiful colors, warm drinks, fresh starts to school...
What are you most excited about for September?
Views of the big sky...
Driving across the state does give some amazing views 👏 🙌 👌 😍
Find ways to add a spot of joy.
Hotel breakfasts are always an interesting challenge.
There are some that are pretty good, and others that make you get... creative.
My goal is to prioritize protein and produce as possible.
Protein is the key for me to start my day off right, and if I can manage some color in the form of fruits or veggies, I'm calling it a win!
What are your goals?
Uplevel- do it at a retreat on the beach. ⛱️ 🌞 ☀️
That's what we're setting out to create.
For now- shout out someone you know who is doing something awesome- big or small!

Seriously, I'm so grateful for time outdoors exploring (even if primarily from the car sometimes! Especially with a moose! )

A little more than a year ago, I was really missing travel and adventures.
I was ready for it to be a big part of my life again.
I started looking for it, asking for it, speaking it.
And wow.
I couldn't possibly have imagined what that would bring.
Somehow, I found myself saying that I was ready to be home more at some points, which, if you know me, is wild!
But I'm so grateful for this season of so many new and exciting things. Some with family, some with friends, both old and new, and many more by myself than I have had since becoming a mom.
If there's something that you're ready for and looking for- look for it! Ask for it, speak it, pray for it. Then be ready for how it shows up, and prepare to hang on for the ride!

Putting the garden veggies to good use, and making a super fast, extra refreshing dinner.
Cucumber 🥒, tomatoes 🍅, onions in half 🧅 for those who like them raw (not me!)
Throw in some salad kit 🥗 packs of croutons I otherwise ignore, top with balsamic glaze and lemon 🍋 olive oil, plus a generous sprinkle of flaky salt.
Seriously less than 10 minutes for the 3 of us to have a really fresh and satisfying dinner on a summer evening.
