Meet Dr Joey Zaghi!!!

Dr. Zaghi received his BA degree from Yeshiva University. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University, graduating with distinction and honors at the top of his class. He further enhanced his education by doing a rigorous dental residency program at Jamaica Hospital, being mentored, and working with the most experienced and knowledgeable General Cosmetic Dentists.

Dr. Zaghi, and the rest of the team, look forward to meeting you and your family and promise to make your dental experience unlike any other. Dr. Zaghi is known for making dental phobia “go away” and will explain to you every procedure he plans on performing. This healthy 19 year old patient presented to our office for Wisdom Tooth removal with IV sedation. After taking a panoramic x-ray, it was determined that one of his wisdom teeth was close to the nerve that supplies the feeling to his lower lip and chin.

Fantastic case by our cosmetic and general dentist Dr Shah!! After recognizing that the decayed upper left 1st molar can be saved by treating the tooth with a Root Canal, a focused 3D Cone Beam CT was taken of the left upper jaw which showed that there was a 4th canal in the tooth despite only 3 roots! Usually there is only one canal per root. With this knowledge, Dr Shah was able to treat all 4 canals and finished the case by placing a beautiful BruxZir Zirconia crown that fit perfectly! Great job!!👌🏻

After our oral surgeon and general dentist put their heads together and discussed the patient's unique scenario, Dr Immerman expertly placed two implants in the missing tooth area with little room for error!
