Family Walk-In Clinic would like to wish everyone a happy and healthy holiday season. We will be closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Outside of those days the clinic will be open during regular hours seeing patients on a Walk-In basis or by appointment. Family Walk-In Clinic is here to provide you and your family with back to school physicals including sport physicals, well child checks and Vaccinations all available on a walk-in basis or by appointment if you prefer. Thank you all for your understanding and patience through those trying times. Family Walk-In Clinic is now fully staffed and is accepting appointments and walk-ins throughout our normal business hours. Our wait time for walk-in patients have been significantly improved with most patients being seen within 15-20 minutes. As always, we strive and take pride in offering safe quality care for our community's residents as we have been doing for close to 15 years here in Greeley.

Hiring an experienced self motivated compassionate certified and Colorado licensed Nurse Practitioner able to work autonomously as well as collaborate with current Nurse Practitioners in a well established Primary Care clinic. Responsibilities include examining, diagnosing, treating, ordering and interpreting ancillary testing, where necessary, for scheduled and walk-in patients. Family Walk-In Clinic would like to apologize to all, as we are experiencing staffing shortages and as a result there has been longer than usual wait times and we have less availability for walk-ins. We thank you in advance for your support, understanding and patience with our current staff as they are working very hard to serve you and our community in a safe and timely fashion.

We are open our normal hours and ask that everyone call ahead so that we may get you on the schedule and minimize your wait time here at the office.

Please rest assure that this is a temporary situation and our administration staff is working diligently to find and hire additional qualified staff so that Family Walk-In Clinic may continue offering quality care to our patients.
