Tax season is just around the corner and your employees are going to receive their W-2 statements that highlight their total pay for 2023, but there's a lot that W-2 doesn't outline in great detail: the extra perks your company provides.
We encourage giving your employees a Hidden Paycheck or Total Compensation Report around the same time as W-2s are sent to help remind them of the great benefits you offer outside of base pay.

When you outline the full value of all benefits to a potential employee, it can help them visualize that they will actually receive more than expected!
Oftentimes employers just share general terms like "health insurance" or "401(k) contributions" but don't detail how much it adds up. This could easily set you apart from your competition.

They also show YOUR benefit contributions - how much the company pays for benefits on behalf of the employee. That adds up!
Hidden Paychecks should be part of your regular review process with the employee and encourage them to review it on their own time as well.
