Its been a while since I have posted, but I wanted to give everyone a life update for my absence on Facebook. I got married to my amazing husband at the end of May and it was a beautiful rainy day. The day was perfect full of love and family.

Married life is a new feeling of learning marriage/work/life balance. I am so grateful for my support from my husband, family, friends and my clients.

It’s beneficial to drink water after your massage because as the massage therapist manipulates your muscles, substances are released. Drinking water post massage helps the body flush out any accumulated materials that were released during the massage
